Job Description

We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Private Duty Caregivers to join our growing team. As a Private Duty Caregiver, you will provide one-on-one, non-medical care to clients in the comfort of their homes, helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life. Responsibilities Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Provide companionship and emotional support. Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping. Remind clients to take medications as directed. Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation. Accompany clients to appointments and errands, when required. Observe and report changes in the client's condition to the supervisor. Maintain accurate documentation of services provided. Follow all company policies and HIPAA guidelines. Qualifications Previous caregiving experience preferred (professional or family caregiving considered). CNA certification is a plus but not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Compassionate, patient, and dependable. Ability to pass a background check. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license preferred.
