Job Description
About the Position We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and experienced Home Health Aide (HHA) or Caregiver to provide one-on-one care for an adult patient who receives 24/7 in-home caregiving support . The ideal candidate will have experience with complex care needs, excellent communication skills, and a calm, patient-centered approach. Key Responsibilities Attend medical appointments with client Monitor and report changes in the patient's physical or emotional condition to the supervising nurse or family Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment Offer companionship and emotional support throughout the shift Follow established care plans and routines set by medical staff and family Assist with light housekeeping and laundry related to patient care Preferred Qualifications Home Health Aide (HHA) or equivalent experience Experience caring for patients with neurological conditions or requiring continuous support Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record Strong communication and teamwork skills Compassionate, patient, and trustworthy demeanor Schedule & Compensation 12-hour shifts (day shift positions available) Competitive pay based on experience and certification level
