Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our Family Caregiver program. This opportunity is specifically for people who are already providing personal care, support, and companionship to a family member, friend, or someone they already know. The person you will be caring for must be eligible for and currently receiving Medicaid benefits. As a Family Caregiver, you will ensure your loved one's safety, health, and comfort while helping them remain in their own home and community.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist your loved one with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Help manage medications and communicate with healthcare providers Provide companionship and emotional support Support with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation Accompany to medical appointments, errands, and community activities as needed Document care tasks and report any changes in health or needs
Who Can Apply:
You are already caring for a family member, friend, or someone with whom you have an established relationship The person receiving care must be on Medicaid —this is a strict requirement for the job Caregivers who are not currently being paid for care are strongly encouraged to apply
Requirements:
Must be 18 years or older Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Reliable, compassionate, and patient

Important:
