We are looking for a compassionate, dependable, and responsible caregiver to join our team at a small, 6-bed adult foster care facility. The ideal candidate is dedicated to providing quality care and ensuring residents feel safe, comfortable, and supported throughout the night. Job Responsibilities Assist residents with daily living activities and personal care as needed. Administer and pass medications according to facility policies and physician orders. Prepare and serve meals and snacks as needed. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized living environment. Complete light housekeeping duties, including cleaning common areas, kitchen, and resident spaces. Monitor residents throughout the overnight shift and respond to their needs. Assist residents with mobility and other needs as required. Document care provided and report any changes in residents' conditions. Follow all facility policies, safety procedures, and care plans. Qualifications Previous caregiving experience preferred, but not required. Medication administration experience preferred. Must be dependable, punctual, and compassionate. Ability to work independently and respond to residents' needs. Strong communication and organizational skills. Must be able to pass required background checks and meet applicable employment requirements.

$16.00 per hour
