Duties Assist clients with daily activities such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and mobility support to promote independence Implement individualized care plans tailored to each client's unique needs and preferences Monitor clients' health status, report changes, and collaborate with healthcare professionals as needed Encourage social engagement and participation in community activities to enhance quality of life Maintain accurate documentation of care provided, incidents, and client progress in compliance with organizational standards Support clients during transitions or emergencies with calmness and confidence Foster a positive, respectful environment that promotes dignity, safety, and emotional well-being Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in caregiving or related fields is a plus Strong communication skills with the ability to connect empathetically with clients of all backgrounds Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Reliable, proactive attitude with a passion for helping others thrive Ability to follow detailed care instructions and adhere to safety protocols Prior experience in caregiving or related roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates Certification in CPR/First Aid is advantageous but not mandatory at the outset Embark on a meaningful career where your energy makes a difference!
