As a Home Attendant, you will play a vital role in helping individuals maintain their independence and quality of life by assisting with daily living activities in a respectful and caring manner. Responsibilities Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Support clients with mobility and transferring as needed. Prepare and serve meals according to dietary guidelines and client preferences. Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients. Monitor clients' health and report any changes or concerns to supervisors promptly. Follow care plans and instructions provided by healthcare professionals. Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to company policies and procedures. Requirements Previous experience in home care or related field preferred. Ability to perform physical tasks associated with caregiving. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
