PM Shifts Location:
Trenton, MI Company:
U & I Home Care LLC (Adult Foster Care Small Group Home) U & I Home Care LLC is seeking compassionate and dependable caregivers to support residents in a licensed adult foster care home. This role includes hands-on daily care, supervision, documentation, and maintaining a calm, safe home environment. Responsibilities
  • Assist with bathing, dressing, toileting, meals, mobility, and daily routines
  • Provide supervision, companionship, and resident safety support
  • Follow care plans and report changes in condition or behavior
  • Document services, routines, and progress notes accurately and on time
  • Support medication routines, recreation, housekeeping, and a clean home environment
  • Work assigned 8-hour day shifts, including weekends or holidays when assigned Qualifications
  • CPR certification is required at application
  • Adult foster care or direct care experience preferred
  • DWIHN IDD and progress note experience required
  • Professional, dependable, and comfortable with structured routines and documentation Schedule
  • PM shifts only
  • Shift:
    4PM
  • 12AM
  • Full-time or part-time availability may be considered based on coverage needs
Job Types:
