Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain productivity and consistent quality. Mechanical aptitude and the ability to safely operate basic production equipment when required. Job Duties Set up and operate fabrication equipment safely and efficiently Modify aluminum parts to customer specifications Inspect parts for quality, defects, burrs, and residue Package finished products according to customer requirements Review manufacturing orders and production specifications Perform basic machine maintenance and equipment upkeep Complete production documentation and setup sheets Monitor processes and make adjustments as needed Maintain a clean and organized work area using 5S practices Support continuous improvement and departmental goals Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery. What You Will Do As a Fabrication Support Worker you will support daily manufacturing operations by assembling products, operating production equipment, inspecting finished goods, packaging materials, maintaining production standards, and following established work instructions. You will help keep production areas clean and organized, monitor product quality, meet production goals, and contribute to safe, efficient manufacturing operations.
