What you'll do Help residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal care Support safe transfers and mobility using trained techniques and equipment Assist with or administer medications according to residents' care plans Build real relationships with residents and respond quickly when they need you Watch for changes in a resident's health or mood and report them to nursing staff Bring calm, patience, and respect to every interaction What you'll need
