Job's House is hiring multiple candidates. The right persons' for this position will have experience working in a 2:1 or 3:1 settings. Job's House will train the right candidates who meet these qualifications. This is a care program that includes periods of intensive interventions and involve multi-disciplinary support, that requires efficiently skilled individuals who know how to analyze problematic behaviors, skilled in de-escalation, documentation and professional communications.

Skills and Experience:

2+ year of experience with working individual with severe and persistent mental Illness and chronic medical conditions ( preferred) Strong communication and documentation skills (requirement) Ability to anticipate and interpret behavioral trends Experience with person-centered thinking and planning ( preferred) Judgment and decision-making skills to handle crisis situations and day-to-day events.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Ability to work in a group setting of 2:1 staff to client ratio or more Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism with clients and their support teams Drivers license (required ) Must be at least 21 years of age Previous experience with ASD and ABA Therapy (recommended but not required)
