Our House Senior Living is seeking compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented individuals to join our team as Caregivers / Resident Care Assistants. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors while working in a supportive environment close to home. What We Offer Competitive pay Positive company culture Locations close to home Paid training No experience required Insurance is available for employees working 30 hours per week PTO / Vacation time Responsibilities Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, ambulation, medication administration, and other personal care needs Provide companionship, emotional support, and physical support to residents Help maintain a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment Work as part of a team to deliver high-quality resident care Qualifications Compassionate, patient, and friendly personality Good judgment and strong communication skills Ability to work well with a team and support others Current CBRF certifications are appreciated, but not required Available Shifts Part-Time Days Part-Time Overnights Casual and on-call positions for all shifts
Pay:
$16.50 - $20.00 per hour
