Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and energetic Caregiver to provide dedicated support and assistance to children and individuals with diverse needs. Responsibilities Supervise and ensure the safety of children during daily activities, outings, and playtime Plan and implement engaging activities tailored to the developmental stages of children, including toddlers, preschoolers, and elementary school-age kids Provide age-appropriate care for infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and children with disabilities or special needs Communicate regularly with parents or guardians to share updates on progress, behavior, and any concerns Administer basic first aid and CPR in emergency situations following mandated reporting laws and safety protocols Support childhood development through teaching activities that promote social skills, learning, and behavior management Maintain a clean, organized environment conducive to learning and play while adhering to daycare or classroom standards Skills Experience working with individuals with disabilities and understanding their unique needs Proven experience caring for children across various age groups including infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and school-age children Strong background in early childhood education, teaching, or daycare environments with classroom experience preferred Knowledge of childhood development milestones and behavior management techniques Ability to plan engaging activities that stimulate learning and social interaction for children of different ages Excellent communication skills for parent updates and team collaboration Certification in first aid and CPR; familiarity with mandated reporting laws is a plus Experience in babysitting, nannying, or youth programs teaching is highly valued Join us in making a positive difference by providing compassionate care that nurtures growth, encourages curiosity, and builds confidence. Pay:
From $19.00 per hour Expected hours: 24.0 per week
