Dependability for 1st Shift, Sunday (6:30 AM to 2:30 PM) Week ONE & 2nd Shift, Wednesday (2:30 PM to 10:30 PM) Week ONE. Also , Saturday 1st Shift on Week TWO, And On-Call when other staff call out (Any shift). Please watch for a response on Indeed. I respond quickly! Step #1: Apply with Resume. Day Probation Period, Training Paid @ $11.41 an hour, paid on 1st pay check after ALL training is complete. $44.00 for Background check also reimbursed on 1st check.

• Minimum 2+ year(s) professional or personal experience supporting individuals with disabilities, mental illnesses, or challenging behaviors, etc.
• Ability to document daily activities & client progress, behaviors, etc.
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Must be flexible to fill in and/or cover open shifts or call-ins
• Ability to pass a state background check (NetStudy 2.0)
• Positive and professional attitude
• Organizational skills
• Strong leadership skills
• Must be able to cook American food
• Must complete and pass the VAMR certificate
• Medication Administration, more training is/will be provided).
• Must ensure that all daily chores are completed per shift.
• Work and communicate with the RN/ Assisted Living Director and Operations Director.
• Complete general housekeeping, client's laundry, sweeping, mopping, bathrooms, etc.
• Must be 28 years of age or older . Dealing with 5 men (55+).
• Must be available for ALL Mandated Training.
• Must have good writing/ penmanship for documentation (English).
