Full-time AND Part-time Compensation:
$17.00/hr
Shift:
2:45pm-11:15pm, weekends required

Position Overview:
We are seeking Direct Support to join our team of professionals. In this role, you will provide supervision and guidance for clients during all activities- developing rapport and cultivating safe and supportive relationships. You will work closely with clients, to the highest degree of confidentiality, providing the care necessary for them to overcome challenges and move forward in their recovery journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide individual and group direct support for individuals struggling with substance use disorders. Document, in writing, any medical/behavioral problems observed. Assist the clinical team and nursing staff in supporting client care. Attend all staff meetings and trainings. Maintain confidential and accurate client records in compliance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
Must be 18 and have a high school diploma or equivalent. Must have a driver's license. Have some knowledge of the 12 step principles. Have good oral and written skills and basic computer knowledge. Ability to pass a drug screen and background check. Must be free from problematic substance use for at least 1 year. Subject to immunization review and submit proof of required vaccinations.
