We're growing and looking for a kind and compassionate packing and move assistant to join our team. You'd be great at this if you: Are friendly, dependable, patient and enjoy helping people. Can take direction and work efficiently as part of a small team. Comfortable working in homes that may be cluttered, dusty, or emotionally charged Have patience and empathy for clients going through big life transitions. Have experience in people-centered or hands-on work (healthcare, caregiving, cleaning, organizing, social services, or similar). Respectful of confidentiality and client privacy

What You'll Do:

Assist with sorting, packing, and organizing household items Support clients with kindness and professionalism Help identify donations, trash, resale items, and keepsakes Lift, carry, and move boxes and furniture (with team support) Maintain a nonjudgmental, calm, and supportive attitude Follow direction from the lead downsizer on each project Help load vehicles or coordinate donation drop-offs Work in a variety of homes — sometimes neat, sometimes very full and messy, sometimes with cats and dogs

Details:

Flexible, part-time hours (mostly weekdays, occasional weekends). The bulk of our schedules are from 10am-2pm onsite in the clients' home.
