Edina, MN (residential care homes)
Pay:
$25.00/hour
Weekend Commitment:
Choose Friday, Saturday, and/or Sunday and commit to working your selected day(s) either every weekend or every other weekend. You may choose one, two, or all three weekend days. Once selected, we ask that you consistently work your agreed-upon weekend schedule.
Shifts:
Morning, Evening, Overnight About the role English Rose caregivers work in Edina residential care homes with a 1:3 staff-to-resident ratio. This supportive environment allows you to provide meaningful, relationship-focused care to residents living with dementia and complex medical conditions. Responsibilities Assist residents with personal care and daily living needs Prepare meals, light housekeeping, and laundry Lead or join in daily engagement activities Partner with coworkers and families to deliver high-quality care Team support When a caregiver is unavailable, leadership or another team member fills in to maintain the 1:3 ratio. Caregivers always have access to 24/7 nurse support for resident care needs. Qualifications HHA, PCA, CNA, or RA experience preferred Dementia care experience preferred (training provided) Compassionate, dependable, strong communicator Must be fluent in English with strong verbal communication and written documentation skills Able to lift 50 lbs and remain active during shifts
