Join Sevita as a Caregiver / Direct Support Professional! Variety of full time and part time schedules with day, evening and overnight hours available! Pay $16.00 - $20.00 per hour! Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to provide exceptional support and assistance to individuals in various care settings. In this vital role, you will promote independence, ensure safety, and enhance the quality of life for those you serve. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help create a warm, respectful environment where residents feel valued and cared for. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people's lives through personalized care and genuine compassion. Responsibilities Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Administer medications accurately following care plans and HIPAA regulations to protect patient privacy Support residents with meal preparation, feeding, and ensuring proper nutrition according to dietary guidelines Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning resident rooms and common areas Observe and document changes in residents' physical or emotional condition; communicate updates to healthcare team Use specialized equipment like Hoyer lifts or resident's lifts safely during transfers or repositioning Benefits Paid training Flexible full time and part time schedules Pay on Demand!
