Job Description

  • We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Staff for a Group Home. As a Staff member, you will play a crucial role in providing care and support to residents in a group home setting.
  • Duties
  • Supervise and assist residents with daily activities
  • Implement and follow individual care plans
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of residents at all times
  • Administer medications as directed
  • Maintain a clean and organized living environment
  • Document resident progress and any incidents
  • Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Compassionate and patient demeanor
  • Knowledge of basic first aid and CPR is a plus
