- We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Staff for a Group Home. As a Staff member, you will play a crucial role in providing care and support to residents in a group home setting.
- Duties
- Supervise and assist residents with daily activities
- Implement and follow individual care plans
- Ensure the safety and well-being of residents at all times
- Administer medications as directed
- Maintain a clean and organized living environment
- Document resident progress and any incidents
- Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Knowledge of basic first aid and CPR is a plus
