Position Overview We are seeking compassionate, dependable IHS staff to work directly with adults with disabilities in their homes and communities. This role focuses on providing individualized support that encourages independence, personal growth, and community involvement. Responsibilities Assist clients with daily living skills such as meal preparation, light cleaning, and organization Support clients in developing and practicing independent living skills Provide transportation to appointments, errands, or community activities as needed Follow individualized service plans and maintain accurate documentation Communicate professionally and respectfully with clients, families, and staff Be flexible and adaptable to changing schedules and client needs Requirements Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation Must be willing to complete required training prior to providing services Ability to be flexible with scheduling Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently Compassion, patience, and respect for individuals with disabilities Why Join Us?
