Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Staff to join our team. Document client progress and report any changes in behavior or health status to the appropriate personnel. Implement Care Plans and support to clients in reaching goals. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients at all times. Requirements Previous experience in assisted living, nursing home settings, or direct support roles is preferred. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusting relationships with clients. Ability to assist clients physically as needed while promoting independence. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients, families, and team members. Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others are essential traits for this role.
