Jordan MN Overnight and Day Shifts Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Caregiver to join our team in Jordan, MN. As a Caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our clients, while also enjoying a rewarding and fulfilling career.

Responsibilities:

Provide attention to clients' non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement Assist clients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts Participate in on-going training and education to stay up-to-date on the latest caregiving techniques and best practices

Requirements:

Certificate in healthcare-related field or equivalent experience High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum 1 year of experience as a Caregiver Ability to work varying shifts, including overnight and day shifts

Benefits:
