Job Description

Comfort Home Health Care Services, LLC is seeking high-quality direct care staff for 1:1 In-Home Care. The Direct Support Professional is one of the most important roles in our organization. As a DSP, you will directly support vulnerable individuals such as the elderly and people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The people we serve live in their private homes in the community with the support of their families and caring In-Home Direct Support Professionals who provide ongoing assistance, teach independent living skills, support health, and personal care, help with household tasks, and offer social and emotional support. The mission of the In-Home support is to work with each individual to customize their support to best meet needs, preferences, and desires. One of the many ways individuals and their families utilize In-Home support services is to help realize their dreams of increased independent living. In-Home staff provides support that includes meeting daily needs, such as grocery shopping, meal preparation, or self-care. Sometimes support means helping individuals make connections in the community. In-Home staff can also ensure the continuity of medical needs, helping to maintain health and safety.
