Pay:
$17 - $22 depending on experience.
Requirements:
Valid driver's License and reliable transportation Must be 18+ years of age Negative TB test results (within 12 months) Pass Minnesota DHS Background Check High school diploma or equivalent Fluent in English language Well-Organized and reliable Positive and Compassionate attitude
Physical Stamina Responsibilites:
Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, etc. Support Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs): light housekeeping, meal preparation, errands, etc. Provide companionship care and emotional support Assist with mobility and transfers if needed Monitor client health and Report changes in client condition Follow established care plans and communicate effectively regarding client needs
