Job Summary Higher wage scale and pick a schedule that works for you! Shift differentials for PM and Overnight shifts. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Assisted Living Caregiver to provide high-quality care to our residents in a supportive and nurturing environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in senior care and a passion for enhancing the quality of life for individuals with varying needs. We are a smaller Assisted Living community with a river in our back yard, encompassing the up north, homelike feel. This role requires a commitment to maintaining the dignity and respect of each resident while ensuring their safety and well-being. Duties Perform safety checks on residents throughout the night, ensuring safety and proper sleep. Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents by adhering to hygiene standards and conducting regular housekeeping tasks. Respond promptly to resident needs and emergencies, utilizing first aid skills when necessary. Assist residents with any medical or personal needs throughout the night such as toileting, or potential medication administration. Qualifications Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with residents, families, and team members. Ability to perform physical tasks associated with caregiving, including lifting or assisting residents as needed. A genuine passion for providing compassionate care and improving the lives of others.
