ALC Homes, Inc is currently hiring a Full Time Designated Coordinator position within our Adult Foster Care Facilities located in St. Cloud, MN. The Designated Coordinator assists clients in daily living skills, medical appointments, and activities within the community. You will ensure the program is running in an effective and efficient manner and will be responsible for all Direct Care staff members within a specific program. You will be responsible for providing residential and community-based supports for persons with brain injuries, are developmentally disabled and/or those who are dealing with mental health issues. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: Assure safety, health and proper supervision of residents according to individual and facility CSSP Addendums Provide supports for the basic needs of assigned residents, including assistance with light housekeeping, meal preparation and medication administration. Provide accurate documentation of all items per house policy and procedures Attend assigned training within acquired guidelines Report improper or suspicious behavior Provide positive support and be a role model when working with individuals served Other duties as assigned If you are looking for a rewarding job that offers paid Health, Dental and Life Insurance, Short and Long Term disability, paid training, PTO, 401K match and quarterly incentive bonuses, this is the job for you!
