In this role, you will support individuals with varying levels of care needs. Your dedication will help clients maintain their independence, safety, and overall quality of life while receiving respectful and dignified care. Key Responsibilities Prepare healthy meals according to dietary guidelines and assist clients with meal planning and nutrition needs. Provide medication reminders. Deliver support to individuals with Alzheimer's disease, dementia, and other cognitive impairments. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe home environment while following infection prevention and safety protocols. Complete timely and detailed documentation of care provided and communicate effectively with family members, healthcare professionals, and other members of the care team. Required Qualifications Prior caregiving experience in home care, community-based services, assisted living, nursing facilities, or group home environments. Experience supporting individuals with dementia and alzheimers. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a patient, compassionate, and professional approach.
