Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate, energetic, and dedicated Caregiver to provide exceptional support and assistance to individuals with diverse needs. In this vital role, you will create a safe, nurturing environment while engaging in meaningful activities that promote growth, development, and well-being. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help foster positive experiences for those in your care, ensuring their physical safety and emotional comfort at all times. Responsibilities Assist older adults and individuals with disabilities with daily living needs, including personal care, mobility, meals, and routines. Provide homemaking services such as light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, grocery shopping, and maintaining a safe home environment. Provide companionship and emotional support while promoting independence, dignity, and overall well-being. Observe and report changes in a client's physical, emotional, or behavioral condition and communicate effectively with family members and the care team. Follow individualized care plans, safety procedures, confidentiality requirements, and emergency protocols, including First Aid and CPR procedures when needed.
