Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate AM/NOC Caregiver to provide exceptional care and support to residents in assisted living, nursing homes, or community care settings. This role involves delivering personalized assistance with daily activities, monitoring health status, and ensuring residents' safety and comfort around the clock. Responsibilities Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Monitor vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature to track health status accurately Support residents with medication administration following prescribed protocols and safety guidelines Provide specialized care for individuals with dementia, Alzheimer's, or other cognitive disabilities, including memory care strategies and behavior management Maintain clear communication with residents' families and healthcare teams to ensure coordinated care plans Follow safe patient lifting practices and manual handling procedures to prevent injury during transfers or repositioning Document all care activities accurately using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems and ensure compliance with resident rights and privacy standards Skills Proven experience in assisted living, nursing home, or residential care environments Strong knowledge of dementia care, Alzheimer's care, and memory support techniques Ability to assist with ADLs and provide personal care with compassion and professionalism Familiarity with vital signs measurement, medication administration, CPR, and first aid procedures Experience working with individuals with developmental or cognitive disabilities in home or community settings Excellent client communication skills to build trust and rapport with residents and their families Physical ability for heavy lifting, safe patient lifting practices, and manual handling tasks required for resident mobility support Join our team to deliver heartfelt caregiving that enhances quality of life! Pay:
