Comfort Keepers of Anoka, White Bear Lake, and Chisago Lakes is looking for a relationship-driven Client Care Coordinator who can quickly connect with seniors and their families, understand their needs, and confidently guide them toward the right care. This is not simply an administrative care-coordination position. You will meet families during important—and sometimes difficult—moments. Your ability to listen, read the situation, build trust, and recommend practical solutions will directly affect each client's safety, independence, and quality of life. First, Make Sure This Sounds Like You The right person for this position is more than organized and experienced. Success begins with an unusual ability to connect with people, earn their trust, and help them make good decisions during difficult moments. You may be an excellent fit if: You connect quickly and genuinely with seniors and their families. People naturally trust your recommendations because they know you have listened to them. You can read the room and recognize when to ask another question, offer guidance, slow down, or give someone space. You are outgoing and confident, but never overbearing. You genuinely care about your clients and place their safety, dignity, and outcome first. You take appropriate initiative and follow through without needing to be reminded. You are generous with your time, knowledge, and encouragement—you believe in paying it forward. You are a dependable teammate who wants everyone around you to succeed. You hold yourself and others to high but reasonable standards. You welcome honest feedback and use it to become better. You can balance compassion with professional judgment and appropriate boundaries. This position is not for everyone.
