! Outcomes, Inc. is a non-profit agency with an employment opportunity currently available covering clients in White Bear Lake Area, North St. Paul and St. Paul
  • Mileage Reimbursement provided while working with clients
•. We are looking for a caring and reliable Direct Support Professional to work with developmentally disabled individuals in their homes helping them learn increased independence and getting them out into the community. Get paid to go shopping, swimming, bowling, to the movies etc. You would work direct care with your clients 8 to 20 hours per week. Choose the clients you would like to work with that match your availability!
We are currently seeking:
  • DM (Senior Woman)N St.
Paul:
Tuesdays 9am to 11:30am or could do all the way to 2:30pm if wanting more hours. Bringing her to therapy and out into the community for errands. ND N. St. Paul-Two 3 hour shifts
  • (Ideally would work Monday 11:15am to 2:15pm and then go to SS in St. Paul) and then one other day for 3 hours between 10:00am and 2:30pm
  • Going to food shelf, helping fill out applications, finding resources for him SS (3 to 4 hours Monday late afternoon or early evening can go right to him following shift with NTH) St.
Paul Area:
Fun guy, loves music, take him grocery shopping, go to the record shop, help him with monthly cleaning list. CT (Young Lady) White Bear Lake Area
  • Saturday and Sunday every other weekend 5:00pm to 11:00pm!
  • $2 shift differential!!
  • Pay•$18.

  • Requirements
  • Be at least 18 years of age Have High School Diploma or equivalent Must have at least 1 to 2 years experience in Residential or In-Home Family Support, 1 year Supervisor/Coordinator experience in Health and Human Services preferred. Be able to fluently speak, read and write the English language (our clients have language barriers so this is important) Have a
