Do you have the heart to serve? We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated PCA/Homemaker to join our team. As a PCA/Homemaker, you will be responsible for providing support and assistance to individuals with disabilities.Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care and support to individuals with disabilities in a respectful and compassionate manner
- Assist individuals with daily living activities such as transferring, bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Assist individuals with tasks including laundry, cleaning around the house, and preparing meals

Requirements:
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to lift and transfer individuals as needed
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to pass a MN Dept of Human Services background check
- Have not been excluded from participating in Federal or State Healthcare Programs
- Ability to complete Orientation online or a combination of in-person and online
- An open mind and a caring demeanor
- Complete required PCA certification through the Department of Human Services
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and stoop down to clean and to care for clients
- Must be able to exert up to 40 pounds of force to move objects
