Duties may include:

simple meal preparation, light housekeeping, stand-by shower assistance, dressing assistance, running errands, filing paperwork and ability to be a good listener.

South side of Columbia. If accepted for this position, a background check would be required. Summary As an In-Home Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing compassionate and personalized care to clients in their homes. This role requires core skills in caregiving, along with premium skills such as first aid, patient observation, and assistance with daily living activities (ADLs). You will also engage in cleaning and cooking to maintain a safe and comfortable environment. Reporting to a care coordinator, your efforts will ensure the well-being of clients, enhancing their quality of life through dedicated support and companionship. Qualifications Proven experience in caregiving and patient care Certification in First Aid and CPR Ability to assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) Experience in home and community care settings Strong skills in patient observation and cleaning Familiarity with long-term care and social work practices Previous experience in group homes or nursing homes is a plus Cooking skills to prepare nutritious meals for clients
