Night Shift:

7 Nights On, 7 Nights Off

50 shift differential for night shift

Day Shift:

3 or 4

• 15 hour shifts from 6:00 AM
• 9:00 PM Annual Income for Day Shift if all shifts worked: $39,520
• $58,240 (inclusive of scheduled overtime)

Responsibilities:

Provide supervision, guidance, and support to youth Maintain a safe, structured, and positive environment Assist with daily routines, life skills, and activities Complete documentation and incident reports Support youth through behavioral and emotional challenges Follow agency policies, procedures, and state regulations

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or HiSet 21 years of age or older Valid driver's license Ability to pass background screening Ability to pass drug screen
