The ideal candidate will be dependable, flexible, and able to complete the hiring process through Acumen. Schedule & Pay Immediate opening for morning shift care: 7:00 AM

• 11:00 AM Regular schedule: Wednesday and Thursday, plus every other Friday and Saturday Follows the Schools for the Severely Disabled calendar (August 2026
• May 2027) Average of 16-30 hours per week $23
• 28 per hour , depending on experience About Our Son He is a fun-loving 16-year-old who enjoys movies, music, community outings, swimming, car rides, school, and spending time with people who are positive, patient, and engaging.

We're looking for someone who will not only assist with his daily needs but also help him enjoy life, build independence, and participate in activities he enjoys. Responsibilities Assist with daily living activities, including dressing, bathing, grooming, and preparing for school Load and unload from the school bus Provide companionship and support Administer medications as directed Prepare and assist with pump feedings Perform light housekeeping related to care needs Accompany our son to appointments and community outings as needed Qualifications Experience in caregiving, direct support, childcare, special education, or related fields preferred CPR and First Aid certification preferred Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus Knowledge of behavior support techniques is beneficial Experience with the Acumen payment system is a plus Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to safely assist with transfers and mobility needs when required If you are compassionate, dependable, and enjoy making a meaningful difference in someone's life, we would love to hear from you.
