Join the LCBSS Team as a Direct Support Professional! The Lafayette County Board of Sheltered Services is seeking outgoing, energetic, compassionate, and organized individuals to join our Direct Support Staff team at one of our two apartment programs. As a Direct Support Professional, you will work alongside individuals in the IDD community, helping them build meaningful relationships, engage in community activities, and live as independently as possible. Position Details Part-Time Positions:

20-28 hours per week Flexible scheduling based on individuals' chosen activities and staff availability Non-24-hour apartment settings Pay & Growth Opportunities Starting pay: $16.00/hour 3% increase after 90 days with a positive supervisory review Up to 3% annual increases on your hire anniversary

• No experience? No problem! Experience is preferred but not required, and pay is not based on prior experience. LCBSS provides all necessary training to help you succeed.
