Job Summary Express Employment is seeking Direct Care Staff for a local company in Potosi, MO. Experience is preferred. Responsibilities Assist individuals with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management. Provide patient observation to monitor clients' physical and emotional well-being. Facilitate social and recreational activities to encourage community involvement and personal growth. Support clients in developing life skills that promote independence and self-sufficiency. Maintain a safe and clean environment within the home or community setting. Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and other caregivers to ensure comprehensive care for clients. Document client progress and report any changes in behavior or health status to appropriate personnel. Participate in training sessions to enhance skills related to patient care, CPR, and working with individuals with developmental disabilities. Must have
