Duties Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility to promote independence and dignity Monitor residents' vital signs and health status, reporting any changes or concerns promptly to healthcare professionals Support residents with medication administration following prescribed protocols and safety standards Engage residents in social activities, recreational programs, and meaningful interactions to foster community and well-being Practice safe patient lifting techniques and manual handling procedures to ensure safety for both residents and staff Maintain accurate documentation of care provided using Therap. Uphold residents' rights by respecting their preferences, privacy, and individuality at all times Requirements Prior experience in assisted living, nursing homes, or residential care homes is highly preferred Knowledge of behavioral management techniques Ability to assist with ADLs and provide personal care with compassion and professionalism Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or cognitive impairments is advantageous. Expierence with high medical residents.
