WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Our ideal caregiver: Has experience caring for individuals with dementia and Alzheimer's disease Can provide both personal and companion care Communicates well and pays attention to verbal and nonverbal cues Is patient, dependable, compassionate, and professional Respects each client's choices, dignity, and independence Has a genuine desire to serve older adults Can bring warmth, encouragement, and even a little humor to the home Has a valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation Can successfully complete required criminal background and motor vehicle history screenings Most importantly, we're looking for someone who shares our
