Responsibilities Provide attentive supervision and care for children of various ages, including toddlers, preschoolers, and elementary school-age children Plan and implement engaging activities that promote childhood development, learning, and fun Ensure safety by adhering to childhood development best practices, behavior management strategies, and mandated reporting laws when necessary Assist with daily routines such as feeding, diapering, potty training, and nap times for infants and toddlers Communicate effectively with parents or guardians about their child's progress, needs, and any concerns Maintain a clean, organized environment suitable for young children's activities and safety standards Administer first aid or CPR in emergency situations when required, following proper protocols Experience Prior experience working with children across various settings such as daycare centers, preschools, babysitting or nannying roles Demonstrated knowledge of early childhood education principles and childhood development stages Experience caring for infants through elementary school-age children with skills in activity planning and behavior management Familiarity with special needs care or working with individuals with disabilities is highly valued Certification in first aid and CPR is required; ongoing training in childhood safety practices is preferred Proven ability to communicate effectively with parents and team members to ensure consistent care standards Classroom or daycare experience that showcases your ability to supervise children safely while encouraging their growth Join us to be part of a dedicated team committed to nurturing young minds and supporting families through compassionate caregiving.
