Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support and assistance to individuals in need of personal care. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. This position requires a strong commitment to patient care, with a focus on maintaining dignity and respect for those you serve. Responsibilities Assist clients with daily living activities (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment. Monitor and document patient observations, reporting any changes in health or behavior to appropriate personnel. Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients, adhering to hygiene standards. Offer specialized care for individuals with dementia or other cognitive impairments, ensuring their safety and comfort. Follow HIPAA regulations to protect client confidentiality and privacy at all times. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to implement care plans tailored to individual needs. Support clients in long-term care settings such as nursing homes or group homes as needed. Qualifications Previous experience in patient care is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Knowledge of dementia care practices is a plus. Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining client confidentiality. Strong observational skills with the ability to recognize changes in clients' conditions. Compassionate demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and their families. Ability to perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean environment for clients. Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours as needed. Pay:
$12.00 - $14.00 per hour Application Question(s): Are you willing to drive clients in your own vehicle? Can you work weekends? Can you work 12 hour shifts? Can you work overnight and after hours shifts?
