This is not a traditional caregiver position . Our Care Operations Support team works throughout the organization wherever additional support is needed. One day may involve transporting a client to a medical appointment, another may involve stepping in to help a client whose regular caregiver is unavailable, and another may include working alongside our office team, supporting a new caregiver, or helping ensure a client is receiving an exceptional experience. What You'll Do As a Care Operations Support team member, you may: Provide direct care for clients when additional coverage is needed Transport and accompany clients to medical appointments, errands, and other activities Help support new or less-experienced caregivers in the field Observe client and caregiver needs and communicate important information back to our office team Assist with special client programs, including dementia-focused services Learn different areas of home care operations and how our departments work together Help solve problems and respond when unexpected client or caregiver needs arise Represent Covenant Caregivers professionally with clients, families, healthcare professionals, and the community Who We're Looking For This position may be a great fit if you: Have caregiving experience and genuinely enjoy working with older adults Are dependable and willing to step in when someone needs help Communicate well with clients, families, caregivers, and coworkers Are comfortable driving and transporting clients Can work independently and use good judgment Notice problems and look for solutions rather than simply waiting for instructions Are organized, professional, and comfortable learning new technology Want to understand more about how a home care company operates Are interested in developing professionally and potentially taking on greater responsibility in the future This Position Is Different We created Care Operations Support as an investment in people with potential .
