Mon - Fri, 8a - 5p At Covenant Caregivers, the right caregiver can make a meaningful difference in a client's day. We're looking for a Caregiver Recruiter who enjoys connecting with people, moves quickly, and cares about finding dependable people for this work. You'll lead the hiring process for caregivers, from the first conversation through their start date. You'll work closely with our care operations team to understand staffing needs and keep candidates informed along the way. What you'll do Find and engage caregiver candidates through job boards, referrals, community relationships, and recruiting events. Review applications, conduct phone screens and interviews, and assess each candidate's experience and fit. Coordinate background checks, references, hiring paperwork, and orientation. Keep candidates updated and help qualified applicants move through the process promptly. Track recruiting activity and work with the team to address staffing needs. What we're looking for Experience in recruiting, hiring, human resources, or a people-focused role. Strong communication and follow-through. Good judgment when evaluating candidates. Comfort managing multiple openings and priorities. A sincere respect for caregivers and the clients they serve. Experience recruiting caregivers or other healthcare staff is helpful, but we're also interested in someone with strong recruiting skills who wants to learn home care. Why Covenant Caregivers?
