Job Description

Position Overview:
SYNERGY HomeCare of Lee-Pontotoc County is seeking compassionate and dependable Personal Care Attendants (PCAs) to provide essential, hands-on care for clients in their homes. This role is ideal for individuals who are committed to supporting clients' dignity, comfort, and independence.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with personal care needs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting) Support mobility, transfers, and positioning Provide companionship and emotional support Prepare meals and assist with feeding if needed Perform light housekeeping (laundry, tidying, dishes) Offer medication reminders (no administering) Monitor and report changes in client condition
Qualifications:
Experience as a Personal Care Attendant, Certified Nurse Assistant, Caregiver, or similar role preferred Ability to treat clients with respect, patience, and empathy Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to pass a background check Physical ability to potentially assist with lifting and mobility support (no more than 25 lbs.) CPR/First Aid certification (preferred but not required)
