12 HOURS SHIFTS (7P-7A) Although no license is needed , as a Resident Assistant (RA) with our organization, you will be an integral member of a team responsible for providing compassionate and personalized care to elderly residents. It is important that you have the passion and heart to serve others. Mandatory Duties include (but not limited to): Planning, Prepping and Preparing Meals Assist Elders with feeding if applicable. Assist Elders with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming and incontinence care. Plan and participate in meaningful activities. Create a comfortable, clean, and organized living environment. Communicate effectively with Elders, families, and other team members to ensure coordinated care. Collaborate with other RAs and team members in decision-making and problem-solving. Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance caregiving skills.
