Job Overview We are seeking Direct Care Professionals to join our team for our newly approved Supervised Living Homes. Direct Care Professionals are members of a multidisciplinary treatment team responsible for providing daily support, supervision, and assistance to individuals receiving mental health services in a residential setting. This position focuses on promoting independence, safety, and stability while supporting clients in their daily living activities.

8a-8p and 8p-8a

Schedule:

Rotating weekends Responsibilities Provide direct supervision and support to residents in a supervised living environment Assist individuals with activities of daily living (ADLs), including meal preparation, hygiene reminders, and household responsibilities Support residents in following individual service plans and program expectations Monitor client behavior, safety, and well-being Assist clients with community outings, appointments, and transportation as needed Encourage skill-building, independence, and appropriate social interactions Maintain a professional attitude and the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients, families, and staff from diverse cultural and social backgrounds Requirements High School Diploma or GED Valid Driver's License Experience in mental health, direct care, or residential services (preferred) Ability to work extended shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays A willingness to continue education and training to enhance skills relevant to the position Ability to pass required background clearances & screenings Supportive team environment Drug Free Workplace Join us as a Direct Care Professional if you're passionate about empowering individuals through compassionate caregiving!
