We are hiring for our overnight shifts for our Caregiver/Resident Aide position at Butterfly Homes Assisted Living, located in the Billings Heights. Part time or full time available!

Job Duties :

To care for residents in an Assisted Living environment while helping to maintain the resident's quality of life with dignity and respect. Assist residents with activities of daily living Maintain resident documentation as needed Obtain residents vitals as directed Distribute resident medications for their self-administration Clean resident rooms and common areas as scheduled Provide laundry services to residents Other duties as assigned by

Supervision Skills Needed :

Good people/communication skills Strong compassionate and caring attitude Willing to work as an active team member Ability to maintain and display a positive attitude Ability to multitask

Educational Requirement :

High school education or equivalent preferred but not required. Previous direct care experience desired, but will train the right candidate.

Physical Demands:

Walking and standing for greater than 70% of shift. Must be able to frequently sit, stand, bend, and stoop. Must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 lbs.
