Experience Professional Care Solutions is hiring In Home Caregivers for morning, daytime, evening, and awake overnight shifts. Base pay is $23.00-$26.00/hour , with an additional $3.00/hour Premium Pay for overnight, weekend, and some short-notice shifts. " — Bailey T., Experience Care Pro Shift Details We hire for established shift blocks based on client needs: 8 AM-12 PM 9 AM-3 PM 1 PM-5 PM 5 PM-9 PM Overnight 9 PM-7 AM — 10-hour awake shift Caregivers are scheduled into structured shift blocks based on confirmed availability and client needs. What You'll Do As a Care Provider, your responsibilities may include: Assisting with activities of daily living and personal care Supporting mobility and safe transfers Preparing meals and providing nutrition support Providing companionship and meaningful client engagement Encouraging clients to maintain independence and participate in daily routines Observing and reporting changes in client condition Completing required documentation Following care plans, safety procedures, and company protocols You May Be a Strong Fit If You take pride in being someone clients, families, and teammates can count on.

Pay & Benefits Base Pay:
$23.00-$26.00/hour
Premium Pay:
Overnight, weekend and some short-notice shifts qualify for Premium Pay at an additional $3.00 per hour .
