" — Bailey T., Experience Care Pro Shift Details We hire for established shift blocks based on client needs: 8 AM-12 PM 9 AM-3 PM 1 PM-5 PM 5 PM-9 PM Overnight 9 PM-7 AM — 10-hour awake shift Caregivers are scheduled into structured shift blocks based on confirmed availability and client needs. Pay & Benefits Base Pay:
