As an In-Home Caregiver with Experience Professional Care Solutions, you'll provide the steady presence that helps clients feel safe, comfortable, and cared for in the place they call home. Your work also reassures families that their loved one is supported by someone they can trust. Experience Professional Care Solutions is a nurse-led, veteran-owned in-home care agency dedicated to helping seniors and disabled adults live safely, comfortably, and independently at home. We serve clients throughout Bozeman, Belgrade, Manhattan, Three Forks, and Livingston. Due to continued growth, we are hiring dependable caregivers who can commit to recurring evening and overnight structured shift blocks. Available Shift Blocks Evening 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM Overnight 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM 10-hour awake overnight shift Caregivers are scheduled into structured shift blocks based on confirmed availability and agency scheduling needs. What You'll Do Every client is unique, but your responsibilities may include: Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene Helping with mobility, positioning, and safe transfers Preparing light meals and supporting nutrition Providing companionship and meaningful conversation Supporting evening routines and helping clients prepare for a restful night Monitoring client safety and well-being throughout overnight care Observing and reporting changes in condition Completing accurate visit documentation Following individualized care plans and established safety protocols Every new team member begins as a Care Provider , with opportunities to advance to Care Professional and Care Lead through demonstrated reliability, competency, and continued professional growth. Professional caregiving experience is appreciated but not required. We provide paid orientation, ongoing education, guided learning, and continued support from experienced leadership. Requirements Valid driver's license Reliable transportation Current auto insurance Smartphone for scheduling and communication Pay and Benefits Base Pay $23.00 to $26.00 per hour Shift Differential An additional $3.00 per hour is paid for: Overnight shifts (9:00 PM to 7:00 AM) Weekend shifts Premium pay may also apply for select last-minute coverage needs.
