Job Summary Caregivers Wanted Butte and Anaconda! We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to provide exceptional support and personalized care to individuals in various care settings. In this vital role, you will assist residents with daily activities, monitor their well-being, and create a warm, safe environment that promotes independence and dignity. Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene. Monitor patients' health by observing vital signs, medication reminders, and overall condition, reporting any changes to healthcare professionals. Support clients with mobility using proper patient transfer methods such as Hoyer lifts and manual handling techniques. Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and assist with meal consumption when necessary. Maintain accurate care plans, document patient observations, and update records in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Provide companionship and emotional support to promote mental well-being and social engagement. Ensure a clean, safe environment through regular cleaning duties and adherence to infection control protocols. Qualifications Prior experience working in group homes, assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or home health care is highly preferred. Experience working with individuals with dementia, Alzheimer's disease, autism spectrum disorder, developmental disabilities, or neurodevelopmental disorders is advantageous. Strong communication skills for effective client interaction and teamwork within multidisciplinary care teams. Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and maintaining confidentiality of patient information. A caring attitude combined with physical stamina to support long shifts involving manual handling tasks.
