Job Description

Field Supervisor Visiting Angels | Full-Time | In-Home Care Visiting Angels is looking for a compassionate, hands-on Field Supervisor to lead and support our team of caregivers. In this role, you'll be the go-to person for our caregivers in the field — training them, checking in on client visits, solving problems on the spot, and making sure every client receives safe, reliable, high-quality care. If you love mentoring others and want a role where no two days look the same, we'd love to meet you! What You'll Do Supervise, coach, and support our team of caregivers, serving as their main point of contact out in the field. Conduct in-home visits and client check-ins to observe care quality and address any concerns. Train new caregivers and provide ongoing coaching to help them grow and succeed Respond quickly to caregiver or client issues, incidents, or changes in a client's condition. Work with our Client Care Coordinator to keep client coverage running smoothly Check in regularly with clients and families to make sure they're happy with their care. Keep clear records of visits, evaluations, and any issues that come up Be available for occasional evenings, weekends, or on-call needs. What We're Looking For Experience in caregiving and home care Supervisory, mentoring, or team lead experience is a plus Great people skills — you build trust easily with caregivers, clients, and families Good judgment and a level head when things get busy or unexpected Comfortable traveling to client homes throughout the area Organized and able to juggle multiple priorities on your own Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance Ability to pass a background check and drug screening 1+ years of caregiving or home care experience CPR/First Aid certification (or willing to obtain upon hire) Ability to travel daily to client homes throughout the service area Availability for occasional evenings, weekends, or on-call coverage Reliable smartphone/computer access for scheduling and documentation Why Visiting Angels Join a team where your work directly improves people's lives every day.
